Network Agencies Meet in Annual Conference

Eurocom Worldwide member agencies from around the globe convened early 2010 for the annual member agency conference. With more than two thirds of member agencies represented, the conference focused on further developing the network's credentials and skill and business transfer between member agencies.

Among areas of particular interest during the conference were the in-depth discussions on Social Media campaigns and the opportunities offered to Public Relations practicioners by the new media technologies.

Another substantial topic was the continued effort to keep network operations and service delivery at a high quality level. During recent years the network has made a specific effort in the area of quality assessment and operations guidelines, ensuring that network activities are carried out according to universally accepted industry standards.

The conference also offered members a chance to visit the 14th century cathedral in the host town of Antwerp, Belgium, and view a fantastic display of classical Rubens paintings on public display in the church.
